Safety and Bubble Soccer Suits

Is bubble soccer safe?
Yes, bubble soccer is very safe! Each of our bubble suit consist of an outer sphere and an inner sphere suspended by ropes in between. When a bubble suit is fully inflated, there is a thick layer of air between the inner sphere (where you will be securely inside) and the outer sphere which will be in contact with the external ground or pitch.
Furthermore, each bubble suit is made out of 100% TPU material, which will absorb heavy impact well. There are two straps inside the inner sphere for you to strap your body with for a secure fit, and there are two handles for you to hold on for additional safety. Lastly, with our latest custom design, we added a small window on the front of our bubble to allow better visibility and better air flow, this makes the whole bubble soccer experience more enjoyable!

Are the bubbles clean?
Each bubble suit is disinfected before and after each event. During the game, we also provide players with disinfectant wipes to clean the bubbles.
 
Is bubble soccer suitable for everyone?
Bubble soccer can be played by everyone! It can be played by both male and female, and you do not need to have prior soccer or sporting experience to play! However, we do not advise players who have had claustrophobia, back injuries or other severe physical injuries to take part.

Do you have kid sized bubbles?
Yes, we provide kid sized bubbles for kids who are between 7 - 9 years old and below the height of 4 ft 9 in (145 cm).

Attire 

What attire should I come in?
All players should dress in sporting attire and sports shoes or sneakers. Also, it is also a good idea to bring towel and maybe a spare change of clothes. Players who wear glasses, are required to remove them or wear contacts or sporting glasses. Please don't forget to bring water!

Booking & Game Play

How do I make a booking?
Click our “BOOKING” tab. Fill out and submit the booking request form with your event details and requirements. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to proceed with your booking request. If your booking request is approved, a booking deposit of $100 needs to be made within 48 hours upon receiving the booking request approval email. Once we have received your booking deposit, your booking is then officially confirmed and we will send you a booking confirmation email, which includes all the booking details, booking terms and conditions, safety guidelines, and waiver forms.

How long should I book?
Just a heads up, bubble soccer is a lot different from regular soccer, it is actually quite physically demanding. Therefore each game is set to be only around 5 minutes long , as players can get tired quite easily, it is recommended for the players to take a break and have subs come on after each game. For a group of 20 players or less, we would recommend you to book for 1 hour, that should be enough for all the players to have fun and get a good work out.

What kind of venue should I book?
Bubble soccer can be played indoor or outdoor, but for outdoors, it has to be played on a completely flat, dry, well-kept grass/turf field.  Also, you don’t need a full sized soccer field to play. A basketball-court-sized field or court, either indoors or outdoors, works great for a 5 v 5 game.

Note: Some venues require a permit, reservation, and/or a rental fee for organized or team activities, and that is your responsibility to take care of those. However, if that is too much of a hassle, you can always request us to help you find a venue by adding the venue booking option.

What kind of bubble games can I play beside bubble soccer?
 If you are not a big fan of soccer, there are countless ways you and your friends can play with the bubble suits! For example, Bubble Bowling, Bubble Sumo, Bubble Rolling, Bubble Last-Man-Standing, Bubble Octopus,Bubble Football etc. The possibilities are endless! 

What is the cost?
Our pricing is based on the game format and the venue. For general pricing, please check out our pricing section under "SERVICE" tab.

Cancellation

What happens if I've booked an outdoor event and the weather turns bad?
We recommend that you secure an indoor location to avoid a situation like this.  For the safety of the participants and the equipment, we insist on a dry, well-kept grass surface if the event is outdoors.  If the weather condition turns rainy or wet closer to the day of the event,  your outdoor event unfortunately will be cancelled and  you may reschedule it for another day for free or move it to an indoor venue if you would like to keep it on the same day. We do not offer refunds for cancelled outdoor events due to weather issue, as we are reserving that time for you when we could be serving another client at an indoor event.  We hope you can understand.

What if I really want to cancel/change my booking?
If the cancellation/change is made 7 days prior to the day of the event, we will accept the change or refund the deposit. If the cancellation is made within 7 days, we will not provide any refund. Therefore, we highly encourage you to ask about our rescheduling opportunity in advance if there is a time conflict.
